On a $9,000 average residential system that's around 11 jobs in 90 days. On your side: attend the consults, quote within 48 hours, keep the agreed ad budget running and give us CRM access. If we miss $100k, we charge no further fee and keep running the whole system until you cross it. You'd still pay Meta for ad spend, but you stop paying us. We also won't offer the guarantee in every region. If your postcodes are too thin or too saturated, we'll tell you on the call instead of taking your money.

One number, not two. A flat monthly investment that covers the campaigns, the qualification system, every follow-up and the booking. We won't put an exact figure on a webpage, because it depends on your postcodes, your service area and how many consults you want landing each month, and anyone who does is guessing. What we will do on the call is model it properly: your average system value, your close rate, your target install volume, and what it costs to hit that. If the maths doesn't clear your margin comfortably, we'll say so. There's no lock-in contract either. If it isn't working, you leave.

One 40-minute onboarding call to set your service postcodes, system range, pricing position and calendar rules. After that, close to zero. We write the ads, build the campaigns, run the qualification and manage every follow-up. You never log into an ad account. On volume: you set the cap. Tell us you want 12 consults a month and we book 12. The taps turn down as easily as they turn up, and we'd rather run at your capacity than flood you with consults you can't service. Most installers actually use this the other way around: instead of taking more jobs, they take better ones, because they can be pickier when the calendar is full.

Your system is live within 48 to 72 hours of onboarding. First enquiries usually land inside the first week, and booked consults typically start in weeks two to four while the campaigns calibrate to your postcodes and the homeowners who actually convert there. It builds from there. The data compounds every week it runs, which is why 90 days is the honest window for the guarantee rather than 30. On competitors: no. We take one installer per region and we mean it. If someone in your service area is already with us, we'll tell you straight up on the call rather than waste your time. It's also why regions close. Once yours is taken, it stays shut until that installer leaves.
