Privacy Notice

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Zenith Growth Group Pty Ltd (ABN 39 700 614 295), trading as Zenith Growth System ("Zenith", "we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using our website, submitting a form or booking a call with us, you agree to the handling of your information as described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Answers to our qualifying and booking questions (for example your service area or postcodes, current monthly installations, average installation value, and monthly enquiry volume)
  • Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, call, strategy session or onboarding conversation

Information we collect automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and general location (city or region level)
  • How you interact with our website and ads (pages viewed, actions taken, referral source)
  • Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see section 4)

2. How we collect it

We collect information when you submit a form or booking request, contact us, interact with our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), or browse our website. Where practical we collect information directly from you. If we receive your information from a third party (for example an advertising platform), we handle it under this notice.

3. Why we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and book and confirm your strategy session
  • To assess whether Zenith is a fit for your business
  • To provide, run and improve our services (Meta campaigns, lead qualification, booking, follow-up and reporting) if you become a client
  • To qualify enquiries and match them to the right service or offer
  • To send you relevant communications about our services (you can opt out at any time, see section 7)
  • To measure and improve our own advertising and website
  • To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. This includes:

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. This may involve Meta receiving information about your actions on our website, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. When you book a call, our booking platform may also send that booking event to Meta directly (the Conversions API), which can include your contact details in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match it to ad activity. Meta processes this data under its own terms and policies. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed, time on site and buttons clicked. Google processes this data under its own terms and policies. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Booking and form tracking (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). Our forms, booking calendar and CRM run on the GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) platform, which processes the details you submit so we can contact and book you.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site (including the booking form) may not work as intended if you do.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business, including with:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM and booking platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), advertising platforms (Meta), analytics (Google Analytics), email and communication tools, and hosting providers
  • Our team members who need the information to do their jobs
  • Professional advisers such as our accountants or lawyers, where reasonably required
  • Authorities or others where required or authorised by Australian law

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (including Meta, Google and GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) are based overseas, including in the United States. This means your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information appropriately.

7. Marketing communications

Where you have enquired or given consent, we may send you communications about our services. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to a text message, or contacting us at the details below. We will action opt-out requests promptly.

8. How we store and protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including through our platforms' security measures (encryption in transit, access controls) and restricting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and retain it only as long as we reasonably need it or the law requires.

9. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date. You can also ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations we have. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days). We may need to verify your identity first.

10. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
